1. Open with editor the /etc/default/grub 

vi /etc/default/grub 

2. Found for "GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=" and add  ipv6.disable=1

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="ipv6.disable=1 rd.lvm.lv=fedora/swap rd.md=0.....
 
3. After recreate grub config 

grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

4. Reboot system.

reboot
