I'm using Mysql 5.6.17 with WAMP Server I solved the problem by editing the my.ini file Find the category [mysqld] there add the following instructions

[mysqld]
innodb_file_format = Barracuda
innodb_large_prefix = 1
innodb_file_per_table = ON
